I, Ian G. Morris am setting up this blog in order to further investigate the effects of climate on the outcomes of history. Climate may be the most significant factor on how our world has come to the present day. The French Revolution, the Irish potatoe famine, and the outcome of WWII were all influenced by how humans reacted to the climate and environment they lived. Understanding the influence of the climate is very important with global warming on the horizon. Conceptualizing how people react to the climate is as important as ever.
